Transcription: If a bill survives a Senate filibuster and House debate, it leaves the floor and goes to a conference committee. Here, committee members will work for a compromise version of the bill. If they're unsuccessful, the bill is killed. If they compromise, however, the new committee bill goes once again to the House and Senate floors, where it is usually passed.
